Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery time to the United States is approximately 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, the selected FedEx service and local customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated live at checkout by FedEx based on your delivery address, order weight and the shipping service selected.

Available FedEx services and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped from Israel.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, clearance fees, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped to the United States, the U.S. duty-free de minimis exemption for shipments valued at $800 or less was suspended effective August 29, 2025. As a result, duties, taxes or other import charges may apply regardless of the value of your order.

If any customs duties, taxes or clearance charges apply, FedEx or the relevant customs authority may contact you directly for payment before your package can be released or delivered.

DRINK MILK does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount in advance.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes or other import-related charges that may apply.

Refused or Unpaid Customs Shipments

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs duties, import taxes or other charges required to release your shipment, the package may be returned to DRINK MILK.

Any return shipping charges, customs fees, carrier charges or other costs charged to us as a result may be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges and any customs or import fees paid directly to FedEx or customs authorities are non-refundable by DRINK MILK.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by FedEx and destination customs processing.

If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@drinkmilk.co.il and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
