By accessing or using this website and purchasing from DRINK MILK, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

About Us

DRINK MILK is a children's apparel brand based in Israel. Orders placed through this website are shipped internationally from Israel.

Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are shown in the currency presented at checkout.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse, limit or cancel an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing or inaccurate product information.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been successfully processed, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully confirmed.

Payments

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment is processed when your order is placed, subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider.

DRINK MILK is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider, including foreign transaction or currency conversion fees.

Shipping

Orders are shipped internationally from Israel.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, order weight and available shipping service.

International deliveries are generally handled through FedEx or another shipping provider selected by DRINK MILK.

Shipping times displayed or provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any applicable import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid directly to FedEx, another carrier or the relevant customs authority before the shipment can be released or delivered.

DRINK MILK does not control these charges and cannot guarantee or predict the amount that may apply.

If a customer refuses delivery or does not pay charges required to release the shipment, any return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier fees or other costs charged to DRINK MILK as a result may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, you must return the eligible item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect, incorrect item or another circumstance stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other charges paid to third parties are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, measurements, descriptions and images as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.

Measurements may also vary slightly due to the nature of garment production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information and sizing details provided before placing an order.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotional codes, sale prices and special offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and subject to any applicable conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the promotion began.

We do not refund or credit the difference between the price paid for an order and a later sale or promotional price.

Items marked Final Sale or otherwise excluded under our Returns & Refunds Policy may not be eligible for return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the DRINK MILK name, logos, product designs, artwork, graphics, photography, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to DRINK MILK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without prior written permission from DRINK MILK.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DRINK MILK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, transportation disruptions or actions of governmental or customs authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a customer of any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of their place of residence.
